• Scraped Data: Publicly available Amazon page data (e.g., product titles, prices, public reviews) that you actively choose to extract via our browser extension.
• Uploaded Data: CSV/Excel files you upload when using the "Deep Analysis" feature on our SaaS dashboard.

Our browser extension strictly follows the Principle of Least Privilege:

• On-Demand Activation: The extension only activates when you click to run it or configure an automated scraping task.
• Domain-Restricted: The extension only accesses the Amazon product pages you are currently browsing.
• Zero Intrusion: We never access your browsing history, cookies, personal search records, or any web information unrelated to sellerside.ai.

This is a core commitment:

• Data Isolation: Your private data (e.g., review reports exported from your seller dashboard) is used solely to generate analysis reports for you.
• Not Used for AI Training: We guarantee that your private business data will never be used to train our general-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs), nor will it be shared with other users. Your data is private and accessible only by you (and any sub-accounts you authorize).

To deliver our services, we may work with trusted third-party providers:

• AI Providers: We use APIs from leading AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI / Azure) for data analysis. We have data protection agreements in place to ensure your data is used only for inference, not for model training.
• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe / PayPal) to process transactions. We do not store your full credit card information.
