Terms of Service

sellerside.ai provides a web-based SaaS analytics platform and an accompanying browser extension (Plugin) designed to help Amazon sellers with review analysis, ASIN monitoring, and market research.

• Browser Extension: Used to scrape publicly available data (e.g., reviews, prices, rankings) from Amazon pages with user authorization.
• AI Analysis: Leverages artificial intelligence to process, clean, and generate insights from scraped or user-uploaded data.

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate business or personal information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Depending on your subscription plan (Starter / Pro / Advanced), each account is limited to 1 seat. If our system detects abnormal multi-location logins or concurrent usage, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

• Prepaid Model: The Service operates on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly or annual).
• No Refund Policy: Once a subscription takes effect, the current period's fees (whether initial or renewal) are non-refundable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you may continue to use the Service until that date.
• Credits & Quotas: Based on your subscription tier (Starter / Pro / Advanced), you receive corresponding ASIN monitoring quotas, monthly report limits, and AI credits.
• Monthly Reset: Unused AI credits and analysis report quotas do not roll over to the next month and are reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Add-ons: Validity periods for additionally purchased credit packs are specified on the purchase page.

• Scraping Limits: To protect your Amazon account, our extension has built-in safety thresholds (e.g., Starter: 20 ASINs/day, Pro/Advanced: 50 ASINs/day; max 100 reviews per scrape). Any attempt to bypass, modify, or circumvent these limits is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse Engineering & Abuse: The use of any automated scripts, crawlers, bots, or third-party software not provided by us to call our APIs or manipulate our extension is strictly prohibited. Upon detection, we will permanently ban the account without refund.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Service solely for lawful commercial purposes, and not for stealing personal data or conducting malicious activities.

• Amazon Account Risk: While our extension employs "human behavior simulation" and "safe rate limiting" (e.g., daily limits, per-page scraping caps) to minimize risk, Amazon's algorithms and risk control rules may change at any time. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the risk of scraping Amazon data using our extension is borne entirely by you. Alex Mind Limited shall not be liable for any warnings, restrictions, or suspensions imposed on your Amazon buyer or seller account as a result of using this tool.
• AI Content Accuracy: AI-generated content provided by the Service (including but not limited to appeal letters, competitor analyses, trend forecasts) is for reference only. AI may produce "hallucinations" or inaccurate information. Such content does not constitute professional legal advice, business decision-making guidance, or medical advice. You must perform manual verification before acting on such information (e.g., sending an appeal email).

• Platform Assets: All code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and AI models of sellerside.ai are the property of Alex Mind Limited.
• User Data: CSV files you upload, historical review data, and generated analysis reports remain your property. We only retain processing rights for the duration of service provision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex Mind Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong for arbitration or adjudication.
