Privacy Policy

Our core databases and servers are deployed in Singapore. By using our Service, you consent to your data being transferred to, processed, and stored in Singapore. We employ industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption) to protect data in transit and at rest.

• Account Information: Email address and username provided during registration.
• Marketplace Data: Publicly available product-page data from the marketplaces our extension supports — Amazon, Walmart, and MercadoLibre — such as product titles, prices, images, videos, bullet points, A+ / product-description content, specifications, seller and rating information, and public reviews. On Amazon, while you are signed in to Sellerside.ai, a product snapshot is uploaded automatically when you open a product page (to keep your monitoring and reports up to date); on Walmart and MercadoLibre, extraction runs only when you start it.
• Uploaded Data: CSV/Excel files you upload when using the "Deep Analysis" feature on our SaaS dashboard.
• Authentication Data: A login token issued by Sellerside.ai is stored by the extension and sent to our servers to authenticate your requests. The extension does not read your marketplace account passwords or login cookies.

Our browser extension follows the Principle of Least Privilege and is transparent about what it does:

• Supported Sites Only: The extension only reads page data on the marketplaces it supports (Amazon, Walmart, MercadoLibre) and communicates with Sellerside.ai. To show the correct panel, it checks the address (URL) of your current tab; it does not read the content of pages on other websites.
• How Data Is Collected: On a supported Amazon product page, while you are signed in, the extension automatically uploads a product snapshot to your account so your monitoring and reports stay current. Review collection and Walmart/MercadoLibre extraction run only when you start them. To build a complete product record, the extension may open a background tab on the same marketplace to read additional product details.
• What We Never Access: We never access your browsing history, cookies, saved passwords, form inputs, personal search records, or the content of any site outside the supported marketplaces and Sellerside.ai.

This is a core commitment:

• Data Isolation: Your private data (e.g., review reports exported from your seller dashboard) is used solely to generate analysis reports for you.
• Not Used for AI Training: We guarantee that your private business data will never be used to train our general-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs), nor will it be shared with other users. Your data is private and accessible only by you (and any sub-accounts you authorize).

To deliver our services, we may work with trusted third-party providers:

• AI Providers: We use APIs from large language model providers (currently Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen and the Bailian platform) for data analysis. We have data protection terms in place to ensure your data is used only for inference, not for model training.
• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe / PayPal) to process transactions. We do not store your full credit card information.
